District Overview

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities across its extensive network of schools and programs. With 14 elementary schools, five middle schools, three high schools, and an alternative high school program, we offer diverse learning environments to meet the needs of all students. Geographic attendance areas for each elementary and middle school are clearly defined in district maps, ensuring equitable access to education.

  • Advanced Placement and Talented and Gifted (TAG) programs: More than 2,000 students enrolled in high school AP or Honor Roll courses, and over 650 students participating in TAG programs in elementary and middle schools.

  • P-CCS students exceeded statewide student achievement rates by double-digit percentage points in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies as measured by the Michigan Spring 2023 state assessments.

  • Gallimore Elementary School named a 2023 National Blue Ribbon School.

  • Canton High School recognized on the College Board AP Honor Roll.

  • National champion robotics teams and culinary team.

  • Award-winning student radio station, 88.1 the Park.
